Here at Nutrition Interactions, I’m still packing up and moving across Canada for the rest of August. So, in preparation for a new home (in real life & on the internet) here is a preview of some photos for a new website redesign. Enjoy! 🙂
I’m also digging into the latest scientific research on how to use nutrition, foods, supplements, exercise & sleep for optimal bone health.
Here is the new social media banner:
If you are interested in or concerned with your bone health, and have about 5-10 minutes to answer a few questions, I’d love to hear your thoughts and concerns to direct upcoming topics for the blog.
